Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
A top 10 Asian asset management firm, with an AUM in excess of $200 Billion across multiple diverse asset classes, currently seeks for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager during a period of organisational transformation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will be working in a team of 9 staffs. He / She will need to liaise with external auditors for year-end audits, prepare audit schedules, ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, prepare financial analysis & management reporting, review balance sheet, handle intercompany reconciliation, identify & follow up on areas of concern, and implement accounting policies & internal control procedures.
Additionally, He / She will be required to assist in ad-hoc Finance related projects & assignments, ensure compliance in financial related matters, liaise with stakeholders on investment update, assist in management fee billing & trailer commission payment, and follow up with clients & distributors on outstanding invoices.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or other related field or equivalent
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent)
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experiences with 2 – 3 years’ experience in managing, leading, and developing a team
Prior working experiences with Big 4 accounting firms and asset management/ fund management/ portfolio management firm will be highly advantageous
Strong command in written and verbal communication skills, with good business acumen to confidently analyse and present to stakeholders at all levels
