Job Description:
Provide HR solution based on understanding business needs, with professional HR strategy and planning
Talent management programs from recruitment to retention, especially for key positions in sales and service
Performance management and incentive schemes
Learning and development programs, working closely with management team
Facilitate company culture, employee engagement and change management
Administrative tasks like HRM/Workday, payroll, and policies
Coaching and mentoring of key talents
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in bachelor degree, HR background would be preferred
Working experience – 5 to 8 years Regional and/or matrix organization experience would be an advantage
Relevant experience in HR management – 3 to 5 years would be preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different group of stakeholders and IT teams
Strong leadership skills (strategic thinking, developing others, Change management)
Strong HRM experience in matrix organization
Consultative, coaching, facilitation skills
Good writing and communications skills
Strong in MS-Office, especially PPT & XLS
