Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To manage human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and people development.
• Responsible for work passes application, renewal, cancellation, appeals and i-Submit etc.
• To plan training program, work redesign, other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs
• To submit government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave and other related claims
• To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects;
• To assist in document of ISO audit, safety committee meeting minute and other business certification and renewal;
• To assist in office supplies, office equipment maintenance
• Any ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
• Good Verbal and written communications skills
• Organized with attention to detail
