The client is a Direct Sales company tor beauty wellness products. They are headquartered in the LIS and has offices and presence across the world.

Responsibilities:

Work with Member Services Team & Operation Team

• Filings of invoices daily.
• Is able to relate with, snow empathy tor, and project a positive company image to distributors and customers.
• Able to communicate well with delivery company and members for delivery issues and undelivered packages
• Proactively follow through removal of promotional sets in Virtual Office
• Provide daily updates on Packslips
• Proactively rendered assistance within Contact Centre duties whenever needed. (Eg: phone calls when in Queue)
• Contact / Email members whenever required for Out of Stock item updates.

Requirements:

• Able to work shifts (8 45 am -6 pm and 11.15 am – 8.15 pm) 1-2 years of sales and order coordinator experience
• Good customer service attitude
• Willingness to learn, good initiative and communications skill
• Good E-Mail communication skills
