Responsibilities:
• Sales & Staff Performance Management
• Ensure Telesales Executive (TSE) attend to incoming calls/ campaign leads promptly and efficiently
• Track and ensure TSE achieve sales target on daily, weekly & monthly basis with at least 80% Quality Assurance score Manage escalations to underwriter for sub-standard cases
• Conduct one-to-one call review to ensure conformity to sales presentation standards.
• Live monitoring of calls tor turner improvement on product knowledge
• Ensure cohesiveness of the team
• Handle first level complaint escalated by TSE and provide resolution
• Review and counsel TSE on service lapse and sales quality issues Handle request on sales issues
• Provide feedback on products and competitors’ development
• Provide sales management coaching on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
Minimum A Levels with relevant telesales team lead experience and insurance qualifications, i.e BCP, PGI, HI, and preferably M5 and M9
• Possess good verbal & written communication and customer service skills Highly motivated and sales-oriented
• IT Savvy and able to multi task
