Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments and provide patient education.
Perform dialysis procedures including initiation, monitoring, and completion.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
Carry out nursing interventions to minimize complications and reduce hospital admissions.
Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation and health goals.

Requirements:
SNB Registered
Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
At least 1 year of renal care experience.
