Job Description:
• Provide direct patient care
• Assess patient conditions with accuracy
• Provide compassionate to the patient and caregiver
• Educate the patients, caregiver and staff
• Participate in nursing research and advance care planning discussions
Requirements:
• Must obtain an Advanced Diploma in Gerontology
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board license
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in Gerontology discipline / Dementia Care
• High motivated and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
