Responsibilities:
• Handle front desk duties including patients’ registration
• Attend to phone calls enquiries. appointment scheduling and collection of payment.
• Perform inventory management for clinic, stocks take and ordering of stocks from suppliers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experiences in the similar capacity
• Strong in customer service skills and passionate in healthcare industry.
