Responsibilities:
Managing own recruitment desk while taking responsibilities of a team leader.
Leading a team of recruitment consultants, spearhead business development and sourcing for new business, develop existing clients.
Monitor the team’s performance and reports results periodically to the manager.
Provide guidance and mentoring junior consultants on good recruitment practices; ensure individual KPIs and sales objectives are being met.
Offer suggestions about the best course of action to junior consultants.
Motivates team members to achieve sales target and business goals.
Recruiting new consultants, build and maintain team cohesiveness.
Requirements:
A Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and is an excellent team player
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Resourceful, motivated and persistent
Ambitious and takes initiatives
