Job Description:
• To manage a group of customers assigned by the management and perform sales activities to achieve sales target of the sales division.
• Sales activities include pre and post price negotiation activities, sales visits to customer, sales budget planning, monitoring of orders and payment, forecast reports preparation etc.
• To develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for each assigned account.
• To develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.
• To groom and provide guidance to junior sales person to achieve the goal
• To lead the project and work closely with internal functions (like marketing, customer service, logistic, production) to provide high level of sales service to assign. accounts.
• To understand market, application trend and develop new market for future business expansion

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 4-6 years relevant working experience
• Project Management Skill, Business proposal skill and Supervisory skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A self-starter who enjoys interacting with others
• Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Aspire to achieve high level of individual performance along with a desire to serve the customers
• Able to work well in a team and perform multi-tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• Class 3 driving licence
