Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for total program management activities to ensure successful and timely projects completion
• Review and approve engineering documents prior to production release based on customers’ specifications and requirements
• Conduct tracking of assigned projects through all phrases of development and implementation including documentation
• Develop, control and be responsible for complete products buy-off
• Lead the APOP team and ensure that project schedules and project specifications meet or surpass customers’ expectation
• Evaluate projects and communicate the progress of projects in all areas affected with all parties involved
• Respond to customers’ feedbacks and responsible for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years: experience in Program / Project management in plastic or inject molding industry
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
