Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Interacting constantly with staff and customers through product demos and consultations.
Motivating and leading your team to achieve sales targets.
Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events.
Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
Provide excellent pre and post sales customer service.
Manage the scheduling and execution of events and promotions.
Perform daily maintenance tasks including stock work, merchandising, display and light cleaning.
Ensure stock management and counter display adhere to set standards.
Sharing feedback with the team to improve their performance and encourage them to grow.
Ensuring that everyone is maintaining store standards with pride.
Educate customers on Company Skincare Products and its usage.
Recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customer’s requirements.
Achieving monthly sales target requirements.
Provide professional face and body treatments.
Requirements:
3 years beauty or cosmetics experience, with relevant Beauty Certifications such as ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, or NITEC
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in salon or spa
Well-groomed and pleasant disposition
Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality
Customer service oriented with good selling skills
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cosmetic trends
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and priorities multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Disciplined and self-motivator
Able to work retail hours (ie. Shift work, public holidays and weekends)
