Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Responsible to negotiate with 3PL vendors for the purpose of quality and cost efficiency based on KPIs agreed.
Set the guidelines and mechanism to manage 3PL to optimize productivity and ensure a high quality of service delivery.
Manage day to day fleet operation to support delivery (From stores to end customers)
Monitoring and reporting of KPI achievements on a daily/weekly basis.
Work closely with mainland team members on IT product development especially on optimizing fulfillment capacity.
Analyze the data and make recommendation to store on continuously improve delivery efficiency.
Ensures that the multiple stakeholders jointly deliver the best customer experience online & offline.
Requirements:
Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
Candidate should possess 5 years working experience in similar function.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Passionate in e-Commerce and transformation of retail industry.
