Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service always starts with a warm and sincere smile.
Perform a wide range of duties in the fast-moving kitchen.
Arrive early to organize the kitchen and do food preparation to streamline cooking and meal presentation, including washing, peeling, and cutting and cooking foodstuffs, mixing ingredients for dishes and helping to prepare desserts.
Check the meal presentation before serving it to the customer.
Work with the management and others to receive, stack, and properly store food in kitchens, cold storage, and storerooms (if any), need to transfer food and supplies to the kitchen as needed.
Dispose trash.
Ensure all areas of the kitchen, food preparation, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Requirements:
Possess working experience in F&B industry
Hygiene certified preferred
Good interpersonal skills and service skills
Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
