Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Company’s automatic warehouse systems.
Communicate and resolve equipment problems working with other team members.
Preparation of service and maintenance reports upon task completion.
Liaison with customers to arrange jobs and to update customers on work progress.
Attend to customer’s enquiries, prepare quotations, and arrange deliveries.
Provide 24-hours on-call standby service for any recovery requests from our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma and above in an engineering-related discipline.
1 – 2 years’ experience in field service engineering, technical customer support, or factory automation are desirable.
