Job Description
Position : Retail/ Store Manager (MUST HAVE NEW store opening experience)
Location : Tiong Bahru – Duxton Road
Working hours : Wednesday to Sunday/ 10:00 ~ 19:00 – 5 days work week only
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + 15 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Variable Bonus + Off-in lieu if OT is required

Main Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Store operations that include inventory management, POS/invoicing, shipping, receiving, and providing customer services.
Support the store opening.
Lead the sales floor and drive store results.
Keep product listing and display, and in-store POSM always updated.
Keep excellent relations with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Closely work with the customer service team to provide timely and appropriate after-sales services.
Analyze the customer trends and sales results and implement action plans to maximize the store’s performance.
Manage and report the store’s performance against agreed KPIs.
As an advisor, always understand customers’ needs first and be ready to provide advice and solutions.
Deliver a high standard of customer experiences aligned to mission and values.
Take ownership and responsibility for the assets and operations of the store.
Be the Brand Ambassador; maintain a strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is in line with the brand standards of excellence.
Develop visual merchandising guidelines for Store experience that strategically position the brand in a premium and creative way.
Collaborates with brand marketing and sales teams to execute effective new product launches and in-store communication and merchandising in all channels.
Take a proactive approach to seek new opportunities and solutions to problems and challenges in-store to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
2+ years’ work experience in the retail business.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships, influencing others, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Proficiency in MS Office, NAVISION and SAP Retail, and reporting tools.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
