Business Development (50%)
Identifying needs, making proposals and closing deals for Japanese clients who are considering new business expansion into Southeast Asia
Proposing, closing and PM of growth and restructuring support services for clients who have already expanded into Southeast Asia
Development of new services, feasibility study, proposal to clients and closing
Maintaining and building relationships with customers (50%)
Overseas expansion, international taxation, and cross-border M&A services for Japanese companies
Business improvement consulting services for Japanese companies
Financial reporting support for local company representatives and the accounting department at the head office in Japan, and related internal control establishment support services

Requirements
Candidate must have 5 years of accounting experience.
Candidate must possess knowledge and experience in accounting related to auditing, taxation, and M&A.
Able to speak Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
Candidate must have Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Public Accountant Examination (CPA) in Japan/US.
Candidate must have good understanding of different cultures and coordination skills to work with multiple overseas offices and related parties on projects.
IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point) will be an advantage.
