Job Description:
Title: Verification Admin
Location: Clarke Quay
Duration: 1 year (Possibility to extend / convert)
Salary: Up to $2200
Working hours: Up to 44 hours per week (5 days work week, Monday-Sunday)

Job Responsibilities
• Facilitate survey administration and conduct data validation on completed surveys
• Make outbound to respondents to verify and clarify data
• To conduct and verify data on completed survey cases to ensure data is accurate and reliable
• Support the team and contact service centre in terms of administrative and coordination
• Data entry for completed surveys, and to update status and report to supervisor
• Ensure highest level of customer experience service is rendered
• Status update report to supervisor

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service-related role
• Able to perform shift work duties including weekends and field work whenever necessary
