Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Construction MNC company is looking for a Senior Executive for Training (L&D).
Responsibilities:
• Do up career and development plans for key staff
• Conduct job evaluation surveys. He/she is to liaise with Sites/Department Heads to identify, assess and draw up training plans • Develop Training policies and milestone development tracks for staff
• Design and assess training programmes for implementation
• Supervise and monitor training progress made
• Ensure employees receive statutory required training
• Obtain training grants from Government authorities
• Apply for relevant National Training Awards
• Compile and present information to Management and Government Authorities
• Act as liaison and coordinator for programmes conducted by external training partners
• Coordinate and enhance orientation process
• Update employees training records
• Plan and organise yearly staff welfare and wellness programmes
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, but those with qualifications in Business, Management, Human Resource and Psychology will get added advantage
• At least 8 years of experience in T&D areas
• Knowledge of the local construction industry is advantageous
