Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Support the Human Resource Business Partner and work with the business units to attract and hire quality candidates through the full spectrum of sourcing and selection activities, negotiation of employment terms and on-boarding.
– Responsible to support the HR Business Partner on all the HR operations for effective on-boarding and off boarding. staff engagement and relations, performance as well as development matters.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
– At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
