Office Concierge

Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Job Descriptions:
– Greets and welcome visitors
– Attend to enquiries and answers queries or feedbacks.
– Provides directional assistance.
– Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials in place.
– Change of passes for visitors
– Data Entry
– Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement:
– Min O level with customer services experience / receptionist experience
– Fast phase environment
– Team player
