Job Description:
You will be stationed in the Top Contact Centres in Asia Pacific, HQ in Singapore, with excellent records on yearly awards (Best Employer, Best Recruitment, Best Customer Service and more).
Salary: Up to $2500 + Monthly Incentives
Working Hours: Office Hours – Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Permanent Position with AL, VB
Working Location: East
Job Responsibilities:
– Attend to phone-in enquires and/or emails and correspondences from the public
– Provide personalized services to customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
– Able to go extra miles for customers and exceed customer’s expectations.
– Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
– Minimum A Level/Diploma in any discipline
– Prior experience in Customer Service will be advantageous
– Able to communicate well in English language
