Job Description:
Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate and timely abstraction and coding of diagnoses / procedures
Analyse clinical statements and assign standard codes using a classification system.
Establish effective communication with healthcare professionals on coding matters
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Nursing or any Science discipline
Candidate with relevant ICD coding experience is a PLUS
Meticulous and good organization skills
