Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Property Management Department
Handle incoming calls enquiries, issuance of work orders and processing of Invoices
Managing of Conference Room enquiries/bookings
Carpark Management for season holders and hourly users
Generating of monthly billing reports based on the various revenue collected
Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when directed by the Centre General Manager

Duration:
Immediate to Mid August 2022

Salary:
Up to $3,000 depend on experience

Location:
Raffles Place

Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
At least 2 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in the property industry
Proficient in MS Office applications
Customer-oriented and able to contribute as a team in a fast paced environment
Candidates with experience in Car Park Management System will have an added advantage
