Job Description:
• Project manage Web and Mobile app development
• Work with content owners to support content strategy through a variety of tactics (eg. SEO)
• Monitor and analyse assets’ traffic and patterns to improve user engagement and service/functionality utilization
• Identify and confinuous optimise the user experience (eg. improve navigation experience. optimise conversion and usage. training)
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for ease of use for Content Management Systems (CMS) for creating. maintaining, optimising and scaling our assets
• Pro-actively monitor the site to ensure all pages and functions are working; resolve issues
• Stay updated into emerging technologies/industry trends

Requirements
• Experience in project management and web/app development • Strong business acumen, internet and digital skills
• Hands-on, industry equivalent experience maintaining websites using CMS
• Conceptual and working knowledge of current digital/mobile UX trends (eg. BEE first design, accelerated mobile page, CSS3 etc.)
• Experience with creating website layout, templates and user interface by using HTML, HTML5, CSS practices
• Believe in data analytics, familiar (or able to leam) with SEO/SEM, web analytics, tracking, A/B testing, web tools such as GA and Tag Manager
• Work well with people and able to communicate message across
• Good problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Able to multitask and prioritise workload independently and with a team
• Degree in related discipline
