Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users on computer hardware, software and networks;
• Setup computer hardware and installs software according to standard;
• Perform server installations. administrations & maintenances;
• Ensure timely delivery of IT support and services;
• Protect computer from security risk by regularly update windows security patches and antivirus definition,
• Perform/monitor daily data backup;
• Maintain accurate IT inventory.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge & hands on experience in networking & windows server is required.
• MCSE & CCNA will be added advantage.
• Responsible, team player, resourceful, cope well under pressure, able to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Possess an analytical mind and with good initiative.
• Able to standby support on after working hours.
• Preferably Immediate starter.
