Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for group consolidation and Group reporting
• Manage month end and year end closing for group entities
• Review of subsidiary accounts to ensure compliance with SFRS & IFRS, company policies and tax requirements.
• Prepare reporting template in EXCEL, distribute and collect monthly financials from subsidiaries for consolidation
• Prepare group reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and group reporting requirements under SFRS and IFRS.
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Responsible for the reviewing, updating fixed Asset Register for the group
• Manage for the group audit, liaise with the subsidiaries’ auditors when necessary
• Liaising with statutory auditors and tax agents.
• Assist in preparing Management Report
• Participate in projects and process streamline activities
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in group consolidation
• Audit Experience required
• Analytical, able to work independently
• Fixed Asset experience
