Job responsibilities:

Secretarial:
• Answer and screen telephone calls on behalf of CEO, take message and transfer call \
• Schedule appointments and update events calendar (e.g. travel schedule)
• Create and update the Management Work Plan
• Arrange CEO, MD & CFO flight reservation and assist in their claims
• Handling Drivers and car arrangement schedule
• Arrange meeting with internal and external guests

Administration:
• To contact Building Management Office for necessary, repairs and replacement
• To contact vendor for stationery, purchase and other office supplies such as business cards printing, company letterheads printing, paper purchase
• Maintain office pantry supplies and miscellaneous
• Hotel room reservation
• Support and assist to process corporate credit cards for users
• Support all logistics related meeting and events arrangement for both internal and external venue

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Administration or other related fields
• 3-4 years of related work experiences
• Meticulous and good communication skills
• Good team player
