Your new role:
A Recruitment Consultant is the expert in the field for attracting candidates for our clients covering Engineering services, Manufacturing sectors. The fast pace and constant engagement in this role is what defines the characteristics of an Engineering Consultant. You’ll be involved throughout the complete process of managing clients, sourcing for candidates, managing arrangements from interview to offer stage and maintaining point of contact for both parties till satisfactory completion of the process.
What you’ll need to succeed:
This role requires you to have a high sense of urgency and strong negotiation skills. Possess a pro-active approach towards the job market and make sure you’re always ahead of your competition by keeping yourself up-to-date on the trends in your market and engaged with the candidates and clients you work with.
