Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Consultant will work closely with external consulting firm for IT Due Diligence, PMI activities for M&A and other IT related tasks for IT commercial business development activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on M&A transaction during IT Due Diligence and PMI phases, provide analysis with given inputs and plan and execute IT Due Diligence tasks and PMI tasks efficiently.
Undertake necessary business meetings, regular communications with internal members, potential deal targets, and external consultants.
Prepare deal related reports, meeting minutes and materials for the meetings.
Coordinate with team members and other internal, external stakeholders.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by overseas HQ or Singapore Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree and above in information technology or any other business related field.
More than 5 years of experience in project management in either system implementation, ERP systems, infrastructure related projects.
Experience in providing advisory consulting scope of work / or external consulting services in the IT strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of System development or infrastructure related projects will be highly advantageous.
Experience in project management in IT, including scope, timing, resource allocation, budgeting for diverse projects.
Equipped with strong analytical skills.
Excellent social and interpersonal skills in multi-culture, matrix reporting environment and able to work under tight schedule as a team player.
Able to use most of the MS office products for daily work and proven skills in preparing quality PPT presentations and Excel for analysis duties which you will take on.
Experience in M&A services (buy side or sell side) would be nice to have.
