Roles & Responsibilities
Position: HR Manager
Industry: Commodity Trading
Location: Raffles Place
Salary Range: S$5,000 to S$6,500
Responsibilities:
Providing daily generalist HR support to office
Be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities (e.g Comp & Benefits, PayRoll, Recruitment, work passes etc)
Preparation for IR8A, tax submission
Be in charge of full recruitment cycle (from drawing up of JD, conducting interviews to onboarding and off boarding)
Be in charge of Training & Development related activities
Talent engagement related activities
Preparation of HR budget
Assisting in both Singapore and global offices for any admin and/or ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management
Min 5 years of experience in similar capacity. Preferably within the commodity trading industry
Proficient with recruitment, payroll, employee benefits and managing employee issues
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws
Good communication skills and the ability to multi task
Proactive and be flexible when faced with different situations
