Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is one of the established MNCs within the Energy sector. They are currently on the lookout for an agile and passionate Senior HR Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be required develop, plan and implement evaluation controls for all procedures and policies
You will ensure that all area managers are following the guide compliance.
You will provide supervision for payroll to ensure that all the data is timely and accurate.
You will lead the HR department and provide supportand manage all HR functions in these areas; Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning & Performance Management, Organization Development & Change Management, Colleague Relations, Culture, Compensation & Benefits implementation, Communications
You will be required to develop a sustainable platform to implement HR programs that drive employee engagement activities.
You will take on an active role in fostering company culture and influence behaviors toward a performance driven organization.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
At least 10 years’ of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions preferably within a similar industry.
Do possess service and strong knowledge with local employment legislations.
Self-driven with strong analytical skills with attention for details.
Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
