• Provide front desk service
• Handle phone calls. manage customers’ bookings and enquiries • Promote Spa products and services
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Levels and above
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Customer Service. preferably in the beauty/wellness industry
