Job Description:

Job Duties:
– Handle one single account – Electronic Spare parts for inbound & outbound in WMS
– Issue Tally sheet for all incoming shipment
– Perform GR within Stipulated lead time (Courier shipment 4 hrs, others is 24hours)
– Email to customer on all discrepancy found cases and follow up closely
– Scanning of all incoming documents and rename in the shared drive
– Generate weekly Transaction Report
– Generate daily inventory report
– Print out SKU labels if required during incoming
– Issue Pick List upon received customer order request
– Generate Packing List after received packing details from warehouse
– Scan POD daily to customer
– Administrative duties – filing, scanning document either to email to customer or for archiving
– Perform supporting billing documents
– Need to support backup buddy
– Any other Ad-hoc task from CS

Job Requirements:
– Able to multi-task, and work under stress, fast learner, independent, responsible, committed and team players
– Able to handle a lot of paper work
– Required to perform OT of 20-30 hours per month average
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
