Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
To review, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators in alignment with Department of Nursing’s set targets.
Prepare and conduct audits to improve the standards of nursing image and care quality.
Coordinate and faciliatate root cause analysis sessions for incidents related to Nursing Department.
Work closely with NDNQI coordinator and indicators’ owners to facilitate the collection and submission of NDNQI data.
Educate nurses about CGH Nursing’s Professional Practice Model, the concept of shared governance and Nursing Council.
Maintain a continuous improvement mind-set to seek evidence-based practices through research.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
Advanced diploma / post-basic certificate in any discipline for the Senior Staff Nurse position
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
