Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experience, dynamic candidate for our new business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for project tendering, contract management, project management and completion of project to meet our client expectation and company goals
Independent, strong leadership, meticulous, possess good written, verbal communication and proficient with computer and project software.
Liasing with clients, consultancts, relevant authorities, subcontractors, supervisors to ensure safe and timely project completion
Able to lead a project team from all stages of project tendering, securing, execution and completion of project.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Arch/Civil/Structural/Building or equivalent recognise by BCA
Miminum 8 years in our local construction/building industry in a proven managerial role
Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
Familiar with local regulations, codes and statutory requirements
Experience with tendering of projects up to 5 million.
