Job Responsibilities:
• Liaise with vendors on administration
• Support on the business matters and Business continuity plan
• Manage travel and visa arrangements, room bookings and general office operations
• Review and check the accuracy of information in work reports provided by management, management information systems
• Ensure the general maintenance of the office facilities & equipment.
• Liaise with building management on maintenance, safety and security issues.
• Proactively highlighting issues to building management

Job Requirements:
• Minimum possess Degree in related studies
• Minimum with 5 years of working experience
• Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with expatriates, multi-national corporations/or in a financial institution environment
• Able to work independently
