Job Description
HR Internal Recruiter
Work Duration: 12 months contract renewable/ convertible to full time
Work location: Redhill – Shuttle bus avail from Buona Vista, Queenstown, Commonwealth
5 days per week, Mondays – Thursdays 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fridays 8.30pm to 5.30pm
Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 plus one month completion bonus.
Job Duties:
• In charge of full spectrum of Recruitment activities
• Interviewing and assessing candidate’s skill sets
• Job matching with the internal positions
• Coordinate second round of interviews
• Follow up on contract signing and start work details
• Assist new hires onboarding process
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
• 2-years HR working experience in recruitment function with willing to learn attitude, takes initiative are welcome to apply
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Able to multi-task, work independently
• Meticulous, numerate and strong in processes.
• Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Words and Powerpoint
