Roles & Responsibilities
Reachfield Security is one of the largest Security Guards Agencies in Singapore with a staff strength of more than 1000 employees. It is established since 2002 & it is supplying security Manpower (Security Officers) & Security System.

We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Human Resource/ Staffing/Admin Executive ( In-House)

Requirements
Diploma or “A” or similar
Good experience in Recruitment, HR admin & support duties.
Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit Security Officers / personnel.
Those who have experience working in Employment Agencies or engage in recruitment roles are preferred.

Duties:
Plan, Strategize recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organization, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).
Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.
Well versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.
Human Resource duties including interview Security Officers, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel e-records.
Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff.
Support Operations by optimizing deployment schedules to ensure no shortfall of personnel at sites.
Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or the authority
Assist in annual grading exercise and ISO audit, BCM audit, partial payroll, training admin
General Admin & support duties.
We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform multi-tasks and take initiatives in this post.
