My client is a well established company that specializes in the sales of flavors, fragrances, aroma ingredients, and fine chemicals.
Responsibilities
Support and enhance the R&D IT application
Continually engage the business users to identify opportunities where IT can provide value and to support business initiatives.
Develop and implement enhancements to the business system applications
Gather user requirements and write formal functional specifications,
Develop solutions to the business needs
Develop test plans and guide the users through the user-acceptance testing
Conduct applications support
Prepare technical documentation of the system
Collaborate with other regional/global team members for system integration
Perform archival on systems developed
Plan for system upgrade
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience required in C#.Net
Experience in ASP.NET using C/C++, HTML5, JSON, XML, jQuery and other scripting languages.
Proficient in Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, WCF, RESTful service
Experience in Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL or other relational databases
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
Knowledge of code version control process and continuous integration process.
Have strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills.
Experience or knowledge in cloud technologies is a plus
