Job Description:
Talend ETL developer / production support with 7 years of hard-core Talend / ETL experience
Good understanding and expertise in Talend Best Practices
Should have at least 3-4 yrs of relevant experience, need to be able to guide existing junior members in team
Need to paly technical lead role
Experience designing and delivering complex, large-volume data warehouse applications.
Capabilities to Identify inefficiencies in current data integration and leverage solutions; not limited to optimization for current ETL jobs
The role requires the ability to translate business and technical requirements into data interfaces, data transformation jobs and design data models
Documents design specifications, troubleshoots and testing.
Works with internal businesses and stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, and database models
Develop and test ETL Talend jobs as per business requirements
Supports innovative and optimal data solutions, participate in team planning discussions and execute review activities
Integrates TALEND / ETL development with existing codebase to maximize object reuse
Identifying improvement opportunities for key processes
