Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing strategic insight through data analytics that will contribute to business growth.
Measure region and country sales KPI’s and prepare executive summary dashboards.
Constant evaluation of the sales process and providing recommendations for optimization on workflows, sales activities, lead generation and conversion rates.
Oversight of sales CRM data integrity, reporting, training and sales administration discipline.
Maintenance of communications and collaboration channels internally and externally.
Liaising and arranging with Japan HQ and related entities/ branches/ departments related to air forwarding, ocean forwarding, international multimodal transport, express services and other accompanied services (including administration of planning, contract and quality control of those services)
Providing administration support to Vice President (preparing various materials for meetings, taking minutes, meeting preparation, organizing business trips, etc.).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree holder & above.
At least 6 years supervisory experience in marketing and sales. Experience working in Logistics company is preferred.
Must be IT proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Software ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Dynamics etc.
The ideal candidate must have:
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English and Japanese language proficiency as it requires communication with Japanese expatriates and Japan headquarters.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration skills required.
Possess attributes of respectfulness, honesty, integrity and flexibility
Have the ability to cope with frequent interruptions.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
