Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Deal with hardware and application support queries and issues reported. Escalate issues when required
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
PC deployment, cloning and configuration
Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment. Perform remedial repairs and maintenance when needed
Roaming between work locations to resolve issues for some available positions
Requirements:
Minimum ITE with experience in desktop support
Proficient with Laptop, Desktop and Printer support, with basic LAN / Wifi Troubleshooting knowledge
Service oriented and friendly, able to build rapport
Good communication skills to effectively assist users
Willingness to learn
