Minimum Diploma and Above:
Responsibilities:
• Issue quotations, invoices and process orders accurately and timely based on customers’requirements Attend to all incoming inquiries via phone and emails
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for smooth transactions
• Make delivery arrangement and manage day-to-day delivery schedule
• Perform basic admin duties such as filling, data entry, sorting of mails
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
