Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing plans and strategies
Strengthen and enhance visibility in-store
Work with agency to develop all point-of-sale materials, promotions and merchandising activities
Plan and execute all trade activities including activation programs on roadshows and promoters
Ensure effective execution of promotion and new product launch plan
Initiate and develop instore merchandising that best fit store format and shopper profile for effective instore brand visibility
Merchandising excellence
Monitor and provide post promotion effectiveness evaluation
Develop Consumer Promotion plans to increase sales for all Brands
Coordinate end to end all premiums and gift with purchase
Responsible for given trade budget
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing/Business related discipline with 2-5 years of Category Development / Trade Marketing experience
Digitally savvy. Able to execute virtual and/or omnichannel engagements on digital platforms
Results driven individual and self-starter
Team Player with growth mindset
