Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct checks on car-parks infrastructure to ensure that it is in good condition
• Prepare and submit Work Orders for management’ approval for maintenance of car-parks
• Handle requests from internal stakeholders for the reservation of car-park lots
• Compile monthly and annual data on the number of season car-park holders and the revenue from season and hourly car parking.
• Process invoices for both car-park maintenance and shuttle bus services. • Process pre-paid complimentary car-park tickets for events based on organisers’ request.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• At least 2 year(s), working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
