Location: Singapore
Job Description:
• Responsible for full set accounts, maintain fixed asset and month end closing
• Prepare monthly management report, schedules and bank reconciliations
• Handle monthly petty cash, disbursement and credit card reconciliation
• Process payments in a timely basis (payment vouchers) and update weekly cash balance
• Liaise for yearly audit and handle audit queries
• Maintain book keeping other than Singapore (Cayman, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in full set accounting related functions
• Experience in Quickbook software is a plus
