Job Description:
Provide holistic care to patients across various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, implementing treatment plans, providing patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Serve as advocates for patients, offering emotional support and promoting health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
Cannulation Proficient
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 – 3 years inpatient/outpatient experience
Experience in Cannulation
Have valid SNB and BCLS
Meet the immunisation requirements
