Job Scope
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care related activities to ensure delivery of high quality patient care at the respective clinical areas. Perform patient assessment and appropriate interventions for effective patient’s outcomes.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager and Nurse Clinician.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school by Singapore Nursing Board with either Certificate, Diploma or Degree
Full Registration with Singapore Nursing Board is a must
Valid nursing practicing license
Valid Certification in BCLS & AED
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Preferably with experience working in pharmacist or pharmacy tech & Infection prevention and control (IPC)
Required to work on rotating shifts that include weekends and public holiday
Those with more experiences may be considered for senior position
