Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Administer the flexible benefits program enrolment for new hires or employees with changes to personal data
• Prepare benefits-related reports for the Payroll team and trigger off-boarding emails
• Update of benefits entitlement for promotees during annual salary review exercises
• Prepare and send year-end reminders regarding submission of outstanding claims and the flexible benefits program enrolment for upcoming calendar year
• Work with HR Business Partners for the renewal of Group Business Travel (GBT) and Work Injury Compensation (WIC)
• Submission of reports to insurance broker
• Process group-wide tax invoices such as insurance premiums, health screening
• Manage group-wide insurance claims such as Group Personal Accident, GBT and WIC
• Handle queries from employees relating to insurance claims
• Assist in accrual exercise for respective companies
• Consolidate data for annual sustainability reports
• Provide ad-hoc reports as requested
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma holder
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
